Managing Partner
Luke graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He is a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales, consulting, and transaction advisory. After gaining hands on experience working for companies like Morgan Stanley and Collaborative Solutions, he decided to pursue the real estate business offering commercial brokerage and financing solutions to his clients. With this type of first-hand experience, Luke understands what is necessary to ensure a safe and secure closing on every transaction.
Managing Partner
Matthew graduated from Loyola University Chicago and went on to earn both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a licensed attorney with a strong background in real estate, business transactions, and litigation. After advising a broad range of clients—from real estate investors to growing businesses—Matthew launched his title company to provide clients with reliable, efficient, and legally sound support throughout the closing process. With his legal training and business insight, Matthew ensures that every transaction is handled with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting his clients' interests.

Joseph Graduated from Michigan State University where he developed a strong foundation in business and service. He began as a loan officer, which gave him valuable insights into financing and lending. He then went into hospitality management, which honed his skills in service and operations. Eventually, returning to mortgages and becoming a licensed real estate agent, Joseph wanted to provide clients with holistic guidance throughout their real estate journey. Now we focus on ensuring a smooth, efficient, and informed experience in all aspects of the transaction.
